Weddings over the past few years have been forced to shift due to the pandemic and I am here for it! Many brides and grooms have never been happier breaking old fashioned wedding traditions and here's a few of my favs from my recent wedding.

To Travis and Jennifer! Congratulations friend! It was so cool to be apart of your day and seeing how you two expressed yourself. Thank you also for kicking off my non-traditional wedding series. Ive been dying to share my opinion on ways to break out of the cookie cutter wedding style.

A bold colored dress

Yes! I love dresses with personality. Jennifer opted to surprise Travis with a stunning appliqué dress with deep navy and black overlay. It wasnt the black dress I was expecting but simply stunning and her groom was happy too.

ditch the white cake

Please give me all color wedding cakes. This one was stunning to say the least. The cake sported a deep black base and gold foil accents throughout. Paired with deep merlot and purple florals to finish it off. I promise the color cake you're dreaming of is so awesome and will be perfect. That white cake can't compare. JUST DO IT!
